Or putting it simpler, he is much better on the game than he is in real life.
While i'm on the subject, players like Veloso and Moutinho also look amazing on the game, mainly because they are so one footed. Veloso is left foot only and Moutinho is right foot only. As a result of them being so one-footed, their actual stats make them look like much better players. So again, at a quick glance they look quality, but in actual fact they are little better than average, just like in real life.
On topic, Rafinha is class on FM. Let's sign him.
