He does remind me of Sane. That burst of speed he’s got is something that we’re lacking. In some parts I thought he looked the part and then in others I thought I was watching a taller Sterling.

He's good, but quite rough and would require a fee that would make him a starter. I don't think he's quite ready to be that in a Pep team.

To be fair, Sane was frustrating at the best of times too - and I'd have him back in a heartbeat. One of the most exciting players I've seen at City and definitely since Pep took over. Pure pace with balance, skill and an end product to boot.

But he's never coming back.

I'd take Leao as a secondary option - or just any pacey, tricky winger.

not true take gralish for example never worked defensively with villa. but one of the hardest working in our team.

nah don't need him. he will just be like another grealish. lacks pace and will do fuck all against a parked bus. Leao is the kind of winger we need.

that pace will add a different dimension to our attack and will be a strike partner to Haaland. those crosses look tasty for Haaland.
