Rafael Leao

Borges and Mabude in the U18s can do everything this guy can do and Palmer is different class. Don't see the appeal at that price, he's still very raw himself.

I think our management team are release clauseholic :), therefore I think Rafael Leao is in their radar.

This....

If we had huge gaps in the squad I'd see why we're after attackers

We literally have the best youth team in the country, arguably the world and the best infrastructure with youth players just lining up

Our attackers for the front 3 spots:
Haaland, Alvarez, Foden, Grealish and then likely Mahrez and Sterling

We should give our youth players a chance whole we do have strength
I wouldn’t be surprised to see us go with a slightly bigger squad this year with World Cup mid season.

Normally I think Pep would prefer a pretty flexible 5 with potentially Palmer helping.

However, I’m with you will be those 6.

Might get a new wide player the season after depending on Sterling/ Mahrez.

If Sterling would be sold for about 50M£ and Milan would accept 70M£, then Yes, it's not even a question.

The only possibility he will get here is if Sterling and Jesus leave. But even then it does not really make sense that we will lose two players who mostly play as RW and we sign LW? When we have Grealish and Foden in that position and on the right we will only have Mahrez? There is no chance in my opinion.

Haaland would love this guy in the team, the link up play would be awesome
Leao literally would fit us perfectly, he loves to do cutback passes for tapins, City plays like this, and so does Haaland.

Tall, Fast, Strong, Can pass... but man he will be expensive, probably 100m. If we sell Jesus AND Sterling, I think we should go for it.
