of course it wont happen, or at least i'd be incredibly surprised if it did.

I cant see (even with crazy wages) why all of the top names being thrown around in the press would want to come. As much as i would love them to, i just dont see us as anything like the attractive proposition (money aside) that the best players crave. Certainly not at the moment anyway.

We will need a good 2 summer transfer windows at least to get the required quality to even attempt to get into the top 4

but don't we need a decent defensive midfielder and another decent centre half and decent full backs before we splash 100 mill on him?
