A bit more composure in front of goal and better finishing and you'll be looking at a winger who will easily get you 15+ goals a season consistently. He already has so much in his locker but I think the most impressive and probably most important thing about him is his intelligence and movement without the ball. Its ahead of some of the most experienced players out there never mind those in his age group. Anyone who gets the time to study him should watch his timing of runs when the team is on the attack. You would think someone with his speed would often get ahead of himself and stray offside but he always seem to time it perfectly. I think he's probably had the most shots and touches in the box out of every city player this season because of it and once the finishing and composure comes(which will under guardiola and with more experience) Then you're looking at a potential world class attacker right there. People still seem to forget he's only 21 because how much experience he has already.

P.s his stats for the season if you include pens won is 3 goals and 6 assists in 7 games
 
Brilliant today, those mazy runs in the 1st half and the 2nd half showed how much he has come on this season. Actually see some leadership from him as well when Sane come on, great to see.
 
Raheem Sterling , 3 goals , 2 assists , 1 haircut .......................... Carlton Pogba 0 goals , 0 assists , 6 haircuts , no doubt Carlton will sell more shirts and duvets though.
