Sorry Dax but I think this is bollocks.

He's our best winger. It's a must win game. You play him. It's that simple, he needs to get over his Anfield problem, and he's due a big performance in a big game.

Every time you bench him for Anfield you're just reinforcing some myth that he can't play there until it becomes reality.

He's 23 now, he's in the form of his life, time to put this to bed.

Both sides have strong arguments. There’s a ton of value in coming late to win the game and you can make the argument that Hoffenheim is a bigger game anyway. I think he’ll start but I also think what Dax said is the ‘safest play’ with a lot of logic thrown in there as well.

It isn't a myth, up until this point he has been a passenger when we have played there. Early hard tackle on him, boos and his head has gone. I'd play him though as he has looked different this season and hopefully finally perform there.
