If he stays with us there’s no reason why he can’t make the top ten all time PL scorers.

Sensational achievement for someone who isn’t an out and out striker.
 
10 league goals for three more season would place him just below Van Persie. Most other above him are strikers. 10 per season is neither easy nor guaranteed, but an achievement so far. Hopefully, he won't do it in an Arsenal shirt.
 
Sterling's hat-trick means he now has 2 more PL goals than Didier Drogba.
