he has the skills, my only concern is how quiet he seems personality wise on the pitch. I suspect its just youth and nothing more.
Definitely a youth thing. He is a dominating presence in the EDS side and will grow in confidence to do the same in the first team.

He's a huge talent.

I dont know if there is any signifance in the two players being talked about for moves away (Sterling and Jesus) missed the parade yesterday “for family reasons”.

I would really hate to see Jesus go but with Haaland and Alvarez coming in I can see why he would.

I’m less bothered about Sterling. I’ve never really been a fan and I actually think he’s been poor for a couple of seasons. Flashes of brilliance, like his run and cross for the first goal on Sunday demonstrate his ability. He just doesn’t do enough of it for me. If another Club has £50m burning a hole in their pocket I’d say we cash in and buy a left back with the money.

I think some forget we have Palmer on his way into the squad, class player who imo is ready.
In his development, Foden went from playing 5 games to around 14 games and then 21 games to 28 games. Of course, he’s an exceptional talent and Palmer was already behind him in development, but I would imagine that the trajectory will be similar. So, if he stays fit, I can see him with around 15 games next year and then more once Mahrez departs.

I am so glad that I'm not the kind of absolute tosser who posts shit like "his heart is not at City" because a player misses a trophy parade because of a family emergency.

You do have to wonder what the fuck is wrong with these posters?

He just sparked a comeback to win his 4th league title - Guardiola said himself he didn't believe until the first goal that Sterling creates out of fuck all. He's the club's 10th highest goalscorer in history and one of the most decorated players we've ever had.

When are you lot going to give him the benefit of the doubt? How many goals and trophies does he have to get for this club before his goal celebrations aren't micro-analysed?
Might be wrong, but I think he’s also the outfield player with the most appearances under Guardiola.

I think Raz gets into some incredible positions but misses some sitters, too many imo. So I won't be too disappointed if he does leave as long as we get top dollar. Is that OK to say. Just checking. ;-)

You won’t find any posts on here from me criticising Raz, not one. I called it as I see it, he hardly acknowledged the crowd at the Trophy celebration and maybe it was a family problem that stopped him attending last night but he’s missed one before.

That’s very insulting calling me a tosser even though you did it indirectly. You don’t know me but I called you out over your (incorrect) superior knowledge of Ragnick when you claimed he was the second coming, I don’t think you’ve got over that.

Just for the record, I’ve always supported Raz, always will, he’s a great lad who’s put up with all kinds of shit but it’s obvious he wants to move on.

Na, you’ll be name checked as a tosser by know it all Domalimo.

I didn't even know we'd interacted before. I called you out because you said something fucking stupid, and I find it more than a little grating that 2 days after sparking a league winning comeback, people are trying to microanalyse the emotions of someone they don't know to justify why they want them to leave the club.

You don't have a clue whats going on behind the scenes, so like I said how about giving our longest serving player the benefit of the doubt instead of spouting shite about his "heart not being in it"?

The way I look at it, since the takeover how many players have we "lost" who we would have wanted to keep, honestly not that many.... Garcia/Sane/Milner/Boateng spring to mind.. Bottom-line is if he wants to move on and we can agree a fee then good luck to him, we have had a number of good years out of him.

I tried to be polite but are you so fucking stupid that you can’t take an alternative opinion? I was reacting to Sterling’s body language on Sunday at the Trophy presentation and his non appearance last night, that was all, I didn’t criticise him and never will, there’s plenty of that in this thread but I don’t call the posters “tossers”.

You’re not as savvy as you like to think, demonstrated by your knowledge of Ralphy boy at the Rags, you were trying to convince everyone with your superior knowledge of how he would be a revelation and turn the Raggies into a force again. Pissed myself laughing at those posts and I’ve reminded you about it since, possibly why you’ve incorrectly called me out here.
