It really won't.

It will help the transfer pot,it frees up space (and huge wages) for an improvement, and, contrary to the nonsense that's posted on here, that wont be an impossible task.

The lad has peaked here,he will not improve from the inconsistent, frustrating, soft in the challenge, yet occasionally brilliant, player he has become.

In another team/environment that may be different. Its to the benefit of all he should be sold.
His career has ebbed and flowed and when he’s bad he’s terrible but he’s been great this season and has been instrumental in winning this league. He has the capability to drive us to trophies when in form and he’s in form more often than not.

Will be short term, longer term maybe not. A lot of goals and assists right out of the team even in his worse season.

Still the most one of the most played, most experience lads in the locker room. The EDS lads all use him for advice along with Dinho. .

Will regret selling him if they do. Will be a different player next season playing next to an out and out striker which he hasn't had for the last 2 seasons.

Think the difference between us and the dipper is that Salah and Mane aren't just starters but they're the first names on the sheet and between the two are their main source of goals

Whereas our 3 of Raz, Gabby and Mahrez its up in the air of they are part of our first XI and how important they are....you'd argue with Haaland added and Foden our wonder kid all three will be fighting for the same spot on the right (Grealish imo is 2nd choice LW behind Foden in Peps mind)

So really, given none have really made acase they are Undisputed the best RW in the squad, as long as we keep one we'd be OK

My choice would be to keep Gabby, but honestly as long as we keep on and get fees for the ones that don't renew I'll be happy

I agree with this. He is a world class winger not a striker. He was great on the right with Sane on the left.

We're not the ones pushing him out the door. He's the one that didn't sign the contract we offered him. But this club doesn't bow down to players. If they don't want to sign a contract then we will look to sell them before they can leave on a free.

I think it’s up to him the club are keen to offer him an extension but, if he won’t sign they will look to move him on
