It wasn't a good question to be honest. Far too many variables/unknowns. How many games he would play, in what position, under what instructions. How the new players settle in and how the team as a whole are playing etc
Well people have judged him on 13 PLgoals and 6 assists, in just over 2000 minutes last season. And dont tell and they havent judged him on those stats , as they mostly criticise him for missing goals and his final ball.

So why can't they just say what they think would be OK the last two seasons? It's not a trick question.

What would you have considered a good return on PL goals and assists for Raheem last season for you to have wanted him to stay?
Your hung up on one of many stats as being the measure of a player, but to answer your question. Not bothered as I want him to go for lacking in many other aspects of footballing ability.

All moot as he is going

The only player judged by what he didnt do, rather than what he did. Hell of a player, good luck Raz.
We don't win the title without his cross to Gundogan at that precise moment in the Villa game. We were on the ropes - flailing around trying to get a foothold in the game until that moment of brilliance. Can't believe how short some people's memories are. Like it was nothing and oh well someone else would have produced something - bollocks. It was an unbelievable assist from Raz which totally changed the game and the destiny of the title.

I can't make sense of it, for a manager that pays wing backs and are short of centre backs and a centre forward, it doeasn't seem to make sense to prioritise Sterling.
It makes perfect sense to me.
If you want to build a successful team you buy Manchester City ; )

What’s you argument here? The great assist happened and we won the league. If it hadn’t have happened, we may still have won the league. None of us know that answer for sure and will never know.

If it hadn‘t have happened and we hadn’t won the league, we’d still be selling Sterling now.
