The fact that the UK Pension fund was also in a healthy surplus until the Tories came to power and has been raped by them to pay off their overspending is also nothing less than theft.

Totally incorrect (and £97 billion probably equals the final cost of HS2 by the way).... by raising the pension age of women and abolishing the spouses pension (bet that one slipped under your radar) the Tories released funds to pay off the National Debt (despite that the Tories have tripled the national debt since 2010)

The NIC fund was in surplus until the CONservatives took power... since then they have been raiding it to fund their ideological madness.

Now look at your graph again and explain how it was in surplus in 2010. (It wasn’t, it was in deficit).

Now tell me if it’s in surplus or deficit on the latest figures. (It’s in surplus)

So the premise that the Tories inherited a surplus and turned it into a deficit is a lie. They inherited a deficit and it’s now back in surplus.
