I’m not rude.I did that with a particular rude poster on here, never regretted doing it for a minute.
It certainly wasn't you.I’m not rude.
I know, but he was talking about me. Doesn’t like me digging him up for being racist. Or slagging his team.It certainly wasn't you.
Couldn’t see them getting past Dortmund and reaching the Europa League final last season to be fair.Good result for them considering they started 2 down from the first leg, can’t see them getting past the winners of PSV or Monaco though..
Had a great run. They do miss Bassey and Aribo though. Two big players in that run.Couldn’t see them getting past Dortmund and reaching the Europa League final last season to be fair.
Didn’t see it but sky soccer just described it as an absolute howler, rangers need to take a lead over there think they might need another ..Ha, what was the PSV keeper doing there?!
So what was the verdict from the real and not so real rangers fans about the game? I didn’t see it, but have been reading on FF to catch the flavour. Two set piece goals lost? You trying to take our Euro Kamikaze Defending Crown?
I think you needed a win. Not impossible but getting a 2.2 draw away is a good result for them. According to most on FF they controlled the second half, Tillman getting criticised for being too slow in his play and the defence getting it in the neck. I think they will do you. That’s not just wishful thinking either.Think a draw was probably a fair result. We've lost a bit of height and physicality with Bassey, Aribo & Balogun gone and playing Sands as a central defender meant we struggled to cope with PSV at times who are a big strong team, and we've paid for it being undone on 2 set pieces.
PSV will be strong favourites you'd imagine. We've got some work to do to sort the defence out, not sure why he played Davies on Saturday who done ok apparently and not play him tonight. Think not having that settled defensive partnership will cost us in the end. Think the Europa League beckons which apart from the money I'm not too disappointed in because I think that's our level and I enjoy that more.

I will be doing backflips if we get 3rd place in the group. And it is about the richest clubs, we can at best try to take them on, but they have too much to think realistically we can beat them. It’s the money. It helps us get a wee bit better with good recruitment and also helps attract players who know they can put themselves in the shop window. Ange has been unbelievably good in recruiting players who actually make us better. Previously if we would sign five players, three would be fucking woeful, one not bad and the last good. Ange hasn’t bought one yet who hasn’t been good. McCarthy for me was a boardroom initiative. And he has shown that we need to leave it to Ange and the directors just fuck off out of the equation.I agree with you, and I think we probably needed a 2 goal margin as well.
Anyway, I've grown to really enjoy the Europa League, apart from the Champions League money of course.
That competition is geared towards the big 5 leagues, actually bar PSG & Bayern you could say its geared towards the big 2 leagues now. They can keep it.
Europa League you actually feel like you can be competitive in and aren't just there making up the numbers. It's a more level competition for me. If we need to take our €5M for the playoff round, drop down and have a go in that again, it won't annoy me.
