Rangers thread 2024/25

Played well yesterday. Better finishing and that's a 6 or 7-0 scudding. I know it's only Dundee but these are games we've struggled in recently and the score makes it look tight but it's good to see some attacking variety back in the side again.

The transformation since we got players back is remarkable BUT it’s no use doing it for 8-10 games , just ask Aberdeen, you have to keep this level up week in week out. That’s what Celtic do and that’s the difference.

Not today they didn't!

Amazing what happens when the officials know they are being closely watched.
An alien coming down to this god forsaken planet (think Keanu Reeves in The day the earth stood still) would get this crazy idea that you're obsessed with referees. You never see us City fans whinging about them.

I’ve actually avoided criticising them this season…until last Sunday!!

I’ve actually praised Father Collum for the VAR review show. The openness and honesty is long overdue. I don’t blame him in the demise of officiating in Scotland.

Rangers haven’t been awarded a penalty in over nine months but the independent review panel say we should have 5 or 6. Now just imagine if that happened to Celtic!

Rangers haven’t been awarded a penalty at Celtic park in 20 years. Again imagine that was the other way around.

Look at the Kilmarnock games this season. For some reason they have been on the end of some outrageous decisions and benefited from a few.

The difference in Scotland is the game is run to benefit one club. I’m a Rangers fan so obviously I can be accused of bias so don’t take my word for it. Stuart Gilmour , ex St Mirren chairman, outed this. Stewart Milne , ex Aberdeen Chairman, has spoken of Lawwells unhealthy influence on the game. George Peat , ex SFA president, has publicly spoken of Lawwell trying to heavily influence them

That post proves my point!

Stating facts proves your point?

Telling you I’ve avoided referee bashing and actually praising the new head of referees. Proves your point?

Ok : ))))))

They are facts.

Despite those facts I’ve avoided criticising the officials….until last Sunday.

The fact I’ve avoided criticising them disproves your nonsense
