The defence is a worry and we desperately need a LCB and a LB. Young Aaron’s is being hung out to dry playing out of position. He looks a decent player but never a LB.

Feel like he is a good coach and at Southampton they weren't expected to win week in week out. So less pressure from the supporters. This is probably the first real test of his managerial abilities.

Dessers , Igamane and Raskin could bring in £30+ million to the club. We are now in a position where we don’t need to just accept any offers that come in but the money generated from these sales could move the club forward.

The vast majority of the supporters will stick by the manager as these players have proven themselves to be mentally weak.

RM is spot on about players mentality. By all accounts Celtic were equally as dire but they get the job done!!
This Rangers team have consistently performed well in Europe. Take Top 5 league teams out of the rankings and only Porto , Benfica and Club Brugge are ahead of us. Now that same team have consistently failed to perform domestically against pretty average opponents

Whether they're typical of the average match going fan, I don't know. I suspect, though, that RM hanging the players out to dry in public like that is a high risk strategy. Some of the players may well not take too kindly to it. And if Martin loses the dressing room, it'll only end one way for him. Badly.Hahaha
