He’s got a head like a traction engine! One of the luckiest goals I’ve seen last night.

Thank fuck....he's really not very good.Fichajes story. nuff said.
Not enough levers to loan Rashford.I take it Barca are still in the shit with money and are spreading our name so someone buys this lad
It’s all with hindsight though.sick we handed over 45m for Phillips to Leeds but not a tiny bit more for Raphinha.
that summer of 2023, losing Palmer who turned into what he turned into, spending big on Nunes and Doku each while I think Raphinha should have been number one winger target.
aggressive, great technique, speed, top presser, goals, he has everything. we are lucky if Doku develops into something like him and thats a big if despite costing about the same.
the mistake Barca did at paying over the odds for Torres they fixed it with Raphinha for sure. this is something we need to do regarding Phillips and Nunes.
He was at the match tonightIt’s all with hindsight though.
We could have had Luis Figo for £2m under Brian Horton!
Fuck me he must be 75!He was at the match tonight
Looked more sprightly than some of our lads
Yep, it was the multi partner ownership with Uefa complications that vetoed the deal, fantastic player but leaving Barca to join Real was toxic. It’s all with hindsight though.

Did we also almost sign Rui Costa around the same time or have I dreamt that up?I'm sure the fee agreed with us was actually closed to £1m and Barca paid around £2m-£2.5m, both us and Sporting were happy with that roughly £1m fee after Malcolm Allison recommended him.
Portugal had their own transfer window or some bizarre rule I think that meant Luis Figo couldn't join right away, maybe they didn't allow transfers in or out except during a small time period that had already passed. (Can't remember the exact thing that it was I'm trying to remember reading about it but I'm sure it's something like that)
I think this made Francis Lee unfortunately call off the deal as he believed (probably having a point) it was nonsense, that we'd have to pay for Figo then wait ages for a player that we'd already technically own to join up with our team.

Zubimendi and Florian Wirtz,Tino Livramento and Andrea Cambiaso.2 real fullbacks + 2 new central mids before thinking about another fucking winger and even then the we would rather need goalkeepers ffs
And all before midnight on Monday I’m inZubimendi and Florian Wirtz,Tino Livramento and Andrea Cambiaso.
all done This would definitely win the lot!
How much do you think for that lot £350+?
Since Gvardiol is so good. The middle 2 would be perfect with Nico Gonzalez instead of Zubimendi I guessZubimendi and Florian Wirtz,Tino Livramento and Andrea Cambiaso.
