I'm lost as to how you are comparing us to United, they are way behind in the pecking order in terms of the top sides in England. The way I see it is that Neville probably expects bigger things from us than from United, and top sides are there to be criticised, but it also tells me that we are light years ahead of our Trafford neighbours.
And yet when we were in a lesser position than Utd, having never won the Premier League, Neville & Co were telling everybody that anything other than winning the league would be failure, & that the manager would be sacked. And most of the media ran with that all season.

And then to think, most teams who challenged Ferguson for the title ended up taking it from him, some more than once, & yet somehow, he stayed in a job. And is not considered a failure, by Neville.
