Been suffering from PTSD (Post Transfer Steve Daley) ever since. Convinced we're hexed when it comes to transfers from Wolverhampton.
I think I lost faith in Daley when he passed back to the halfway line from a corner at Burnden Park, it was right in front of the City fans and I have never seen so many bemused looking blues.

I want to stick up for Nunes though, I think he's showing definite signs of improvement and I'm convinced he will be an asset next season.

Alan most certainly did and as far as I can remember it was Big Malc who refused to sign him.

I thought the story was that we wanted him but Alan Oakes advised him to go to liverpool instead? However I am an FOC with a shite memory
Down to swales who despite Alan Oakes tipping City off he wasn't prepared to pay the required fee for a teenager

But was happy to pay £250, 000 for Steve McKenzie who hardly had the same impact..
Good goal in the cup final replay though

Sorry have to disagree with you ref McKenzie who was signed as a 17/18 year old who had immense promise and had some great games for the Blues.
Always disappointed that both him and Caton moved on.

I certainly don’t disagree with your view. Mackenzie looked like he could be a superstar but then it just didn’t happen. I can’t remember what happened to him.
Caton was another who looked superb. Think he went to Arsenal. I know he sadly passed away young

According to sources from #ElBilad_Channel:

Rayan Aït-Nouri will travel to England tomorrow to undergo a medical examination, in preparation for his expected transfer to Manchester City.

It is expected that the player will then rejoin the national team camp to prepare for the friendly match against Sweden on June 10th in Stockholm.

Yes Caton was a move I hated more than McKenzie going. What a wonderful centre half he was and yes what a shock when he passed away so young.
I still think that McKenzies Wembley goal was better than the Argies who virtually walked it in.Maybe I`m too Blue Tinted. ;)
