Think he's going to be a revelation. Trying to temper expectation but I think we have a proper player on our hands who looks to have the temperament to rise to the levels Pep wants us to play at.

Rayan Cherki (21) has been courted by several interested parties this summer, including BVB. Manchester City ultimately won the bid and head coach Pep Guardiola (54) already knows exactly how he will deploy the new signing.
At the end of the season, the Skyblues said goodbye to their long-serving playmaker Kevin De Bruyne (33). It therefore seems obvious that Cherki will follow in his footsteps from now on. However, the attacking player has no intention of doing so.
"I'm not Kevin De Bruyne - he's a legend (of the club). I came here to write my own story," Cherki told reporters after training at the weekend. Thanks to his talks with Guardiola, the attacker also knows what the coach's plans are for him.
The Frenchman revealed: "He told me that he prefers the classic playmaker, but I play all positions on the pitch - so it's not complicated because I just want to play. Pep told me: ‘When you have the ball, you're free’. That's very good for me, because my most important job is to help the team."

I love Dias Manc accent mixed in with his native Portugese.
Rayan looks like Kun stocky build to me, which has to be good - not hussled off the ball easily - Big Erl take note....
