Are we consoling ourself now with this player after wirtz? He is good, but maybe for a tottenham level, savinho looks like he has better ceiling than this guy. I'd rather us get baleba then cherki or MGW. No need for a pure number 10 until a world class players becomes available. We seem to be getting a 10 just for the sake of it now, I'd rather we go for a strong midfield of baleba-rodri-rudolph.

Got ti agree with you mate . We should be buying fast transition players who can get the ball to Haaland so he can run at defenders . We need to build the team round the Viking .

Why would we buy fast transition players when we have most of the ball and teams sit back against us?

He is 21. best creation numbers in Europe. He can only get better. Once he moves to Tottenham gets double digit assists for 2-3 years in a row you will Scream to get him for 100M+

Cherki and Baleba are very good players but we have an issue with creativity right now. Baleba isn’t solving that issue especially for his price

He used to get frustrated at Lyon as their players didnt have the talent he did and his nature used to be a bit petulant and he would be a bit lazy because of it? There was a couple of years ago but it seems to have stuck with him unfortunately. We should try and wrap this up asap imo.

Fair, but I'd say we need more creative players who can unlock the door. We've got too many players who pass side to side or slowly. We need to move the ball quicker and have more creativity especially in midfield I'd say rather than transition players but I get your point.
