internationals are not the games to decide what player cant or can do so i'd dismiss today, we have all seen what he can do for his club on the videos and that stands out because he knows where his team mates are and what there expecting, once bonded and gets to know how were going to play he's going to be a great player

I guess he played shit to drive his price down lol

The talks have been public knowledge for literally about 2 weeks. Some transfer saga go on all summer. Luckily I highly doubt this will.

It really isn’t strange at all. If it doesn’t get done in the next 2 days (which personally I think it will), it certainly gets done early next window in a couple of weeks barring any balls up. Chill

Those negotiations make sense because you don't have all parties willing. This is strange because all parties want the deal to happen, reports are City want it done ASAP as does the player himself and he's going for considerably below market value. How this negotiation is taking this long is bewildering when you consider the circumstances.

Haaland94 this is not aimed at you btw of the above post which I did chuckle at but:

Does no body else not find this Wirtz/Cherki twitter bollocks a bit sad.

I am all for a bit of piss taking but posting every touch that either has ballsed up repeardly is tedious, neither of them are even confirmed yet.

And I m not going to even mention the nicknames the arseholes on that site have coined as one is disgraceful and out of order
Just utter c**ts desperte for attention on all sides.....

They have nothing better to do with their lives and live behind a screen

It’s all in good fun for the most part I’d like to think. Most sensible City fans know Wirtz will be a quality signing for Liverpool, same goes for Pool fans and us with Cherki.

Obviously they’ll be weirdos on both sides convincing themselves and obsessing one is better than the other. Truth is if they and until they pull on the shirt nobody knows how things will turn out.

Let the kids have the back and forth banter online. All in good fun
The sad thing is that they then help the mainstream media create a narrative/battle between the two players that takes away from the actual team game.

Modern football is a soap opera now (has been since the insurrection of Sky Sports and the prem league to be honest).
