Well that was entertaining.

Didn’t like how we defended on their goals but at least it kept spurring us on to score more.

Just how I saw it. Am entertaining game against a team who had a go. We could have had ten. Some poor defending but that was down to complacency and absentees. The result was never in any doubt whatsoever. Thoroughly enjoyed it and so did my lads.

Had the feel of the 5-3 against Monaco a few years ago. That was a madcap game too with bad defending.

The ground looked pretty full to me from where I was sitting and the atmosphere was great I felt.
As I’ve only been home about 10 minutes I have no idea what Pep has said but if he criticised the fans then he is totally and utterly out of order. We were singing for him quite often and some great singing this evening.
After the week(s) the fans have had due to ticketing problems etc Pep needs to be very careful alienating those of us who are left!

Yeah easily the best atmosphere from 2017ish-2020. Before then they were living that myth most weeks going back decades, but they turned it around at Anfield big time for a few years before Covid.

Great game for the occasional fan. The traffic was a mare though and reminded me why I hate evening games.

Took me 45 mins to get out of Gorton. Surprised I’ve still got my wheels.
