Anyone not entertained last night must be dead. What a great advert for football. I was fortunate to have come over early to take in the EDS game so got an extra 6 goals. What a day.

were you there? I was and it was plenty busy. everyone is taking what pep said too literal; i don't think it was a dig at the fans and more of a rallying of the blues to get behind their team in what is going to be a difficult few weeks.
With respect mate, that on the face of it doesn't warrant the grief you and others are giving him. It's just a call for fans to turn up and get behind the team.
That said I didn't watch any aftermatch interviews so don't know if it sounded worse than it looks.
It's a dig and it's not the first time he's done it.
