they say it was poor half so certainly are
 
We played good, moved the ball around well and created alot of chances! Mc Carthy was outstanding man of the match for me, think Milner was our best player. Worried neither Nastastic or Kompany were on the bench hope its nothing, not sure if they were close to Mancini or if they were just knackered.

Totally agree, he's not a man for an interview, and clearly been briefed not to discuss what's gone on, but a proud manchester lad. whatever, and whoever comes in, I hope we retain his services somewhere.
 
Should have been 10 Nil - decent game enjoyed it glad we won nailed second we move onward

Just watched the interview with Kidd. Top Top man, hope he stays with us for a long time. You can tell he cares about the club and actually credits the players. Put a smile on my face.

Thought we played very fluidly and incisive tonight. Good passion from hart at the end. Atrocious weather on way home, roll on August and next away game whoever's in charge.
 
Thought Silva was brilliant tonight. His passing, vision and movement was sensational at times and i was great to see him closing down and win the ball in our very last attack before the final whistle. Milners work rate was incredible and i really was impressed with his wingplay, just wish he had more speed.Tevez was fantastic as usual and deserved a goal and a special mention to the fans who made the trip and stood in the rain, got behind the team and sang their thanks for Mancini.
 
A much better performance but Reading are a Championship team. Then again so are Wigan.

First goal was beautifully worked from a corner.

Respect to all that turned out. I think I'm dry now !
 
Excellent team performance. Cannot wait to pulverise Manure in the Community Shield...oh, hang on.
Maybe we can do a deal with Wigan in view of their lowly status.,
