Maybe, but ‘same for both teams’ etc and the superior ability level of our players should see us through fine there I think, esp as I think their players season will have paused (?)
 
Its annoying we had pull off players today due to that ridiculous starting eleven the other week.
Madrid are poor not great this season.
Depends on which City turn up and if it's a game of two half's.

Honestly couldn’t give a shit bored of playing these. Even at our best we didn’t win there. Hopefully take a draw.
 
City win, Foden with two goals and an assist. Just want to see him outplay that twat Bellingham. Can’t believe it’s taken for granted that Bellingham is the undroppable from the England XI. Foden is the much superior team player, when the team plays like a team. Let’s see him prove it beyond a doubt on Wednesday.
 
I think this will be a game too far for us, just hope we're competitive and put up more of a fight than last season.

Strange, isn't it - also the lack of immediate jeopardy doesn't help, as though there's nothing to really focus upon?
No doubt once it starts it'll kick in.



Imagine all the rags on here, just wishing that they could be bored playing Real Madrid...
 
A bit worried about our right back position for this one. So will see what Pep comes up with against Vinicius Jnr. I fear Nunes would get ripped apart if he plays him though he does have pace. He may go with Khusanov
to rattle Vinicius. Anyway good test to see where we are at, our away form has been pretty ropey this year.
 
I want Foden to shine- the winning goal ! Never thought I’d ever say this as a blue- sick of going to the Bernabeu. Fly out Wednesday!!
