I think your wrong we need to bypass the middle but not concede hit them with the pace just go for it early nothing to lose.can always bring a playmaker on later.

I think either KDB or Gundohan has to play, otherwise, we won’t be able to capitalize on Marmoush’s quality runs in behind. That kind of movement needs someone to pick it out. Though, I reckon Real will sit back and focus on counter attacks, so having KDB on the pitch feels essential.

Why not treat it as the one-off that it is:
Go eyeballs-out from the start with a really attacking team, really taking it to them.
Bernebeu or not, it's their 11 against our 11. An early goal and who knows?

If it goes tits-up and we concede a couple in the first 10 or so, accept that the tie has been lost and dig in, just to get through the night with no real psychological damage.
At least we'd have had a go. The few times that I've watched RM this season, they'd have struggled to deal with what I saw during that first half, from our lads.

3 changes from today's team for me, Rico to be replaced by Dias if fit, or ake. Again, If fit. Gundogan and foden to drop out for bernardo and kovacic.

Dominate the midfield and feed marmoush, savinho and haaland like today. If we can get ourselves into a good situation we've got kdb, foden and doku to freshen up the attack or add more threat late on.

I agree too. Infact I would play today's team, but put James McAtee in for Gundo/ or Kev then swop either when needed.

I really want someone to come on and influence and seal the game like Luka Modric does every time for Real Mardarses. ( I really like Luka, but I'm peed off by how he always pulls Mard Arses out of the pan late in games when we play them)....

Nowt to lose on Wed, I'm not even stressing about it. Obviously I am still hacked that we ended up in play offs and bloody Villa, Dips, Arsenal all had easier games and better results than we the ACTUAL CHAMPIONS had. But such is life and we go again next season.

We'd be too open with Foden or KDB plus Savinho, Marmoush and Haaland. We better have another body in CM, so Kova for Foden. Guess Kova may look way better alongside Nico.

Phil always produces moments against RM. I admit so has KDB in the past, but time has caught up with him, obvs.
I'd always have Foden in a game like this

Held our midfield together as best one man can this season. He won't be playing out of position anymore with Nico there. He's a great number 8.

He has had an ACL which takes 9 months, not 5 months.
He is in the squad for the unlikely event we are still playing CL games in May
