Hopefully they can still take a lot of positives from that performance. I just hope we can recover in time for Sunday as they put so much into that game.
 
Good performance that especially with ten men deserved a minimum of a draw,just get the players rested and hopefully we have ago on Sunday..oh as for that horrible piece of shit vin jr I really hope someone actually breaks the cnut in two hopefully Bayern do it ..

Agree we seemingly just recruit on stats without considering how they will fit in. Reijnders, Semenyo and Marmoush all great goal scoring stats in counter attacking teams, none of them Pep system players.
 
Very good performance all things considered if only we could have scored a couple of early goals it would have set the atmosphere going to put the pressure on Madrid.

Statistically we'd be more likely to win 0-1 down than down to 10 men with a penalty.

But it's obviously not something you decide to do in the moment, just instinct.

His mistake was poor positioning, if you're defending the post like that you have to be able to stop a ball going at the post.

Thought we played well. Direct attacking play. Team never stopped even at 0-1 and 10 men.
Khusanov and cherki have to play going forward.
