He was always great one-on-one, but he used to have the odd rush of blood to the head. Nowadays, he still has everything, the pace, the strength, the reading of the game, but he never seems to dive in or fuck up. He's incredible. I honestly think if he hadn't got injured last season, we would have gone through then too.

We really have preserved our energy in a horribly disjointed season thanks to the World Cup and hit our stride at an incredible moment.

That first half was arguably one of the greatest halves of football by anyone in recent memory.

The second half was perfect, sat off a bit and then sucker punched them when we needed to. They were literally restricted to pot shots, they didn’t get near us.

We really have learnt our craft in this competition, now it’s time to go out and win the thing.
