When you consider the stage of the competition, the quality of the opposition and how finely balanced the tie was after the first leg, that was a majestic, controlled and utterly dominant performance. Unbelievable the skill and decision making on show. The clever, clever header from Bernardo for the second ....looping it over the defender. Given the circumstances and what was at stake, I cannot remember a performance so good. Bernardo rightly gets the plaudits.....but also massive shout to Walker, Rodri and Grealish. And Ederson too. In fact let's be honest, you could name everyone. Very happy tonight. Go finish the league job on Sunday.
 
Wow, never seen a team dominate like that first half. Almost like Brazil in the 70’s but better. The football equivalent of watching the Harlem Globetrotters just teasing the opponent with the ball. Fucking love this club.

Respectfully they are reporting on Coventry which is a great story.

Relevant summary is very clear: we won 4-0 against UCL Champions, that were also in desperate need of great performance after close 1-1 at Bernabeu, when they were threating, also Vincius and Camavinga looked like world beaters, and today Real Madrid's Man of the Match was Courtois without any doubt. We are in the Champions League and FA CUP final, more than close to PL championship 3rd time in a row.

City, no matter what (we do not bottle PL at least), gained status of the strongest team in the world for at least one year. Pep Guardiola. Its always special greeting. Enough to say, that he really do not overthink with Bernardo;) But to say everyting, how lucky we are with Pep, we wish we understood it before its to late - absolute GOAT is this guy. Statistics proofs it beyonds belief, you need only take time to quickly get to them and really think about what it represents over the years, but its not even that - eye test during evenings like today is enough.
