Be prepared to wait. I got there at just after 9 on Wednesday and queued for an hour and a half - there was one window open. I queued behind about a dozen, when I left at 10:45 there was a queue of about 40 (and still one window open). Never whinged about the club before but the queue was mainly older traditional legacy fans and the club clearly take us, our support and our money for granted, absolute piss take. Now that fa cup final tickets are on sale it will be miles worse - try to get through on the phone, that’s always a good fucking five or six hour laugh. Did they say when they were taking the money? If not I'd give them a bell, don't leave anything to the last minute with our ticketing operation, it's been like that for 40 years.

Usually it’s the day after but I just updated it on the website not over the phone. I just called up but the queue was 113 people and I don’t have time to wait for that today when I’m working- frustrating! was hoping others may also still be waiting for the money to be taken…

Anybody know why a transferred ticket for this game won’t download onto a mates phone ?

I’ve transferred a couple no problem.

Are you trying to transfer one from a person who’s on the cup scheme? If not, it’s not available.

If so, check you’re logged in under the persons name you’re trying to transfer the ticket from. Even if you have the star thing and permission to manage their account, it will still only let you transfer if you’re actually logged in under their name.

Cheers for the reply but it’s still not working. It’ll let me do it for Chelsea, but not Madrid.

It’s ridiculous trying to get through to the ticket office at the moment too.

Does anyone know I I click on the ticket in my mobile wallet, get the QR code and send them that, will it work?

People will tell you it shouldn’t work. All I can say is that I’ve sent screenshots to people loads of times and they’ve never had a problem.

Same problem. Sounds like John Stones on the hold message.

Hopefully now the FA Cup has sold out the queue will go down
