I keep reading and re-reading this thread and admit to having a couple of glasses of red wine but I cannot fathom whats happened. Surely ST holders on the CL cup scheme are guaranteed tickets for this ?

Ah OK sorry thanks for clarifying. That is bad, but if people are match day members and been going for years surely best way forward is get a ST and join cup schemes, must be cheaper than paying per game?

It’s practically impossible to get a ST. I think full STs will be a thing of the past, new STs will be Silver, which will mean the club can sell the bigger games as individual one-off tickets at inflated prices. Hope I’m wrong.

it's a dangerous game there playing but while were at the top table they'll make money anyway they can and re selling big game ticket even if you get first dibbs is a risk they want to take

There is a difference between a City fan who’s been going for decades but doesn’t have a season ticket and some nobody who’s been a Citizens member for one day and gets the same priority as the real City fan for a ticket against Madrid, and then again a bot that has snapped up hundreds of tickets to sell on for hundreds of pounds each or City dishing out tickets to tout sites for any **** to buy for hundreds of pounds.

There should have been a criteria of priority.

There are citizens members with more ticket points than some season ticket holders.

I put this in the season ticket thread, but I think it applies to this;

It’s easier said than done, but I think we need to set up a proper supporters trust.

We currently don’t have a group standing up for the fans or at least a group with any influence. City matters is just lip service and is only there as fan ‘engagement’ is required.

I think the 1894, supporters groups, ordinary fans and Kevin Parker should come together now. Otherwise this will continue. Issues like ticket prices, forcing fans out could be challenged
