I am getting strong play off semi-final '99 vibes from this game
Well that doesn't bode well. With VAR I don't think we can get away with Haaland handballing it over the line this time.

Are you Ashley Young? If so, it's a very good sign.I was just sat in the park and got splattered with bird poo .Is this a good sign?
No being facetious but it’s not a day’s work if you can do it in half a day :-)Cheeky git! I had a days worth of work that I have actually managed to finish so the rest of the afternoon - until 4 anyway - on here surreptitiously of course!
You haven't seen what I have done with it!!! :)No being facetious but it’s not a day’s work if you can do it in half a day :-)
You rested your whole team at the weekend !From a Madrid perspective, I'd like to see:
Attacking phase:
------------ Militao --------- Rudiger ---------- Alaba
------------------------- Kroos ------ Cama
Carvajal ------------- Modric --- Benzema
----------------------- Rodrygo---------------------------Vini
Defensive phase: Traditional 4-5-1 with Benz as the '1' due to his hold up play. Crowd out De Bruyne, track Gundo's late runs and keep Haaland isolated.
Fatigue will play a part as we close in on extra time. In the previous weekend games (assuming same starting outfield from first leg play) :
City: 2 fully rested, 6 partially rested, 2 full game
Madrid: 5 fully rested, 5 partially rested, 0 full game
City are correctly the favorites but most of the TV pundits are behaving as if this Madrid team lost the first leg 0-10.
Fatigue? You play ten hard games a season that’s why you always have it in the tank in the final stages of this competitionFrom a Madrid perspective, I'd like to see:
