Real Madrid v Tottenham Hotspur CL QF L2 (page 59)

Re: Real Madrid v Tottenham Hotspur CL QF L1

1st leg might be very cagey. They usually are especially with Mourinho

And both teams are struggling with injuries.

I don't see how any City fan could want Spurs to win given that Spurs would then have a significant chance of winning the trophy.

Look at the effect a KO from Europe and other defeats has had on Arsenal.

Re: Real Madrid v Tottenham Hotspur CL QF L1

Marvin sure, but Arsenal is allways having some Effect. Either its Fabgeras or Nasri injured or Wenger wants Ballet, there is always something what bugs them out.

But, think about, what bout would the Spuds players think, the CL Semifinal or the PL games? It would be in their Heads every mins played, and when Arry puts the 2nd Squad out they do not have the Quality.

Re: Real Madrid v Tottenham Hotspur CL QF L1

Hoping for a good game with plenty left to play for in the 2nd leg, and a few long term injuries to key players for both teams (I know thats wrong and I feel bad for saying it but sod it, I only care about City).

Re: Real Madrid v Tottenham Hotspur CL QF L1

Spurs really need to improve their recent form. Corluka and Assou-Ekotto vs Ronaldo..they are going to have a hard time with his tricks and pace.

Btw..Spurs have injury problems..dont you think it's a bit unfair? Spurs play today and then they have a game against Stoke on saturday. We play on a sunday and then have a game after 1 week in monday :D

The fixture list is on our side now..we have to do our part and im sure Spurs will struggle pretty badly.

Worst Case Ontario said:
Good luck to Spurs cause they will need it to win Real, and I actually hope they do it. So they can later be destroyed by Barcelona :)
