I remember when Mourinho came over to manage the scum, a certain journalist, I think it was the fat Custis, said that Pep would be shaking in his boots at the thought of him re-igniting their rivalry. We all pissed ourselves at the time.

Cravajal played his last game for Real last night. I saw him get subbed off, and it was quite a reaction from the Bernabeu, as you'd expect. He really was a hell of a player.

A few years ago as our rivalry with RM was just starting (2021?), I singled him out as the weak link and even called him the worst current back in La Liga.... he proceeded to be a god damn dog and was a huge reason they came back and beat us in that tie, culminating in his goal line clearance. A real old-school type guy, Madrid will miss him dearly, especially in this current moment they find themselves in without leaders on the pitch. End of an era over there.
 
Signing Mourinho looks like an act of total madness and desperation on RM's part.

There must surely be a manager within the football world who would be a less chaotic and fucked up personality, resulting in a better option than the ego-mad ****.
 
I'd be incredibly underwhelmed if I was a real madrid fan. Firstly, he is a decade past his best, that is why he has been managing in turkey and Portugal recently, the game has moved on and he hasn't kept up. secondly, he's clearly been brought in because of his status, ego and man management skills which says that dressing room is a disgrace and requires a babysitter. At any other club, you'd assume he goes in with thr backing to remove the bad eggs that don't fall in line, otherwise, what is the point, but with Madrid, that won't happen, they'll be the untouchable players that will ultimately get him sacked before his contract is up. Look forward to him hopefully having enough left in him to cause some chaos and take a few players down with him before his job goes. Circus. Any of our lds would be mental to want to go there.
