Another thing he doesn't do enough of, is refer to his past triumphs in Barcelona to inspire the current crop of players.
Our Ole had a lucky few minutes after being battered by Munich, and milked it for all it's worth when he took over the wheel at the theatre of dreams, with spectacular results against poor teams for at least a few weeks.
Imagine how much milking pep could do if he made use of his 'multiple nights in Barcelona', and how spectacular our results could be against lower half sides?
