Yep. Cleared cache and cookies.
Do you mean you've made sure the browsers are up to date AND you've cleared cache & cookies because the two are very separate.

If you go into each browser and find the 'about' option under the menu system for each one, that'll confirm you're up to date.

I did find this online and hopefully it's up to date but try each step given by dominic23:-
