Recomend a hotel in Manchester

The Midland is top notch - just the place for a special occasion.

Sorry bud i found it shocking, chipped plaster exposed water piping and slight damp patches in the corner of the ceiling.
It needs redoing.

The best Hotel is either the hilton at the tower, park inn by radisson (northern quarter) of my personal fav the edwardian blue by radisson on peter street.

Modern, clean and kick ass rooms.

Stayed in a few but the best I've been in has been the midland - wasnt a big lover of the hilton (23rd floor) - quite expensive tbh although the beer was free between 5 and 7pm

You must have got a betetr room than me which is annoying since it cost me 300 nicker for the bugger.

Ask to see your room first at the Midland then is what i would suggest.

Stayed at the MacDonald right by Piccadilly last year. Got a deal for 80 a night. Top notch, floor to ceiling windows, comfortable and class. Also stayed at the Arora on Princess just outside of Chinatown last year. Not bad if you can get a deal.

Usually stay at the Travelodge on Great Ancoats or the Ibis on Portland if i'm just in town and not looking to be too fussy (read cheap).
