The frenzied wankfest that would be going on if this were the rags does not even bear thinking about.

I think this is the main point. It is hard sometimes not to get paranoid about the media, when you just know that if they were doing what we are, there would not be a negative comment in sight.

I don't think there is an agenda necessarily, its just that we are 'the news' at the moment. Similarly after 25 years of success and Fergies iron grip of the media, they can't wait to write complimentary things about them and obviously think carefully before any negative stuff.
