No you can't excuse him if he is doing as arry say's that is poor form.

My gripe is with his managers approach to the issue,it's below the belt and slimy,although typically twitcher.

Could you see Pellegrini behaving in a similar fashion regarding our equivalent?

To answer your question,i don't like players sitting on their contracts,although obviously within their rights,imo,it displays a complete lack of character.
