Cock end that he is, I still don't blame him for the outcome of the match. There was a catalogue of dubious decisions from him and the lino's throughout the 2nd half, and he's a wanker no doubt. We fucked it after half time and the defending was shambolic. Blame him for being a tosser, blame ourselves for the loss.
Spot on!

Funny isn't it. Whenever we get fucked by the officials you hear the same line... "forget the decisions, we shoulda woulda coulda..." bollocks. All we want is a level playing field where we don't have to try harder and get luckier than our opponents. It's a miracle we even got this far in front with c**ts like Atkinson.

But I don't think the lino flagged at all despite having the best view possible. Ref may have been unsighted he was so far behind the play.
Looking at the highlights the liner was up with play and had a clear view of the foul whereas Fatkinson was at least 25 yards away with half a dozen players in the way. He couldn't keep up with play so there is no way that he could be so sure it wasn't a penalty although by the same argument he could have no idea it was a penalty. A video official would gave taken one look at that and ten seconds later a penalty would have been given and Ferny wouldn't have had a booking and ban

Don’t you know we should take every opportunity that comes our way play better so blatant cheating by referees don’t come into it! While expecting other teams to get an helping hand. ;)

I thought he was close enough - certainly not 25 yards away to my recollection - but the 'no foul' decision was instantaneous. The linesman didn't have a chance to signal before the decision, and didn't signal afterwards.
