Yes, Like Pep said, this ref makes the opposite decision in the right moment.
Football is so subjective that that sort of thing happens, Sterling didnt get a penalty the other day but we all know it was a pen, that moment would have brought us back into the game (I dont think that was corrupt in any way though), but its totally possible to alter the flow of a game with any major decision in what is a subjective situation.
The games that this ref does for us, the important games, the important decisions, have been suspect and in fact just plain wrong. He has a knack of doing it and his only saving grace is that he appears to be shit at his job anyway, which in turn begs the question why UEFA selected him! But I suppose its different rules and requirements for UEFA refs which would be fair enough
