Ref Watch

You could probably add on about 10 clear fouls that Leeds got away with to that too!
The foul stats are half the story. What isn't included are the fouls the refs just wave away. Keira gave away a pen yesterday at the women's game. Soon as the 'tackle' went in, despite howls of "Don't foul her!' from the stand, the ref pointed to the spot. Pretty much identical to the foul on Sterling. Fouls inside the area, outside the area, yellow cards for foul play are awarded on an entirely different basis to us as opposed to the teams we are playing and to our 'rivals'. It's as clear as night and day!

Mind you, it was an identical foul to the one on Gordon in the Murkyside derby that was totally ignored. Perhaps a barge in the back has slid off the radar at this end of the season.

I've just watched the extended highlights and I don't know whether to label Tierney's judgement of the pen on Sterling as a tackle as 'scandalous' or 'sinister'!

Like many have said, if that's rags or dippers its a nailed on penalty. Its like Milners tackle yesterday, not a foul for me but you can guarantee it would be if thats us taking the lead

To be fair, he did his very best yesterday..

Other than nodding a cross in at the far post for Leeds there was nothing more he could have done to be honest..

Not his fault that we were just too good for him in the end..!

Bent ****..!

Scandalous and sinister.

I know my opinion ;)

I think everything that was involved in Italy happens here.

Ban players ahead of other games, manage outcomes with chosen Refs, went to play on, went to stop play, when to review VAR, how to review VAR.
It's a more complex version of Calcioopoli at play here.

I wasn't surprised at some results yesterday protecting "spoiler" clubs.
