Reform 2025 Limited new name same business

I have no idea why everyone is wasting their time worrying about one vote from some anonymous account.
Because it isn’t just one. There’s a groundswell of about 20% of people that want things to be better and they think in order to do that, the country needs razing to the ground to be allowed to grow back from nothing again.

We’ve already had another poster willing to start thinking that the NHS should be pay to play. Then vulture capitalists are sold it on the cheap and bills go through the roof, just like with pets.

But that’s okay, because the ultimate goal is renationalisation.

How do you reason with that?

I guess because the extremity of views versus voting intentions are about as wide as is possible. But it would also appear that no lessons have been learnt from the last major protest vote that went wrong in 2016.

Are you aware of the demographic with fastest rising reform vote share (according to polling)? I didn't either, but it's certainly not right wing , elderly gammon faced blokes it seems.

It never was. It is the people that are the most persuaded by simplistic solutions as the system isn’t working well for them.

I get that, but instigating change that is going to cause irreparable damage seems a touch silly to me.

Their reasoning is that the well off will be most affected by the change, when in fact it will be all the JAMs that go bankrupt.

Not at all.... the simplest solution would be to do nothing. As many on here are advocating VOTE LABOUR! stay as we are.... really?

Have you been locked away in a cellar for the last decade?

Labour have been in for less than a year and have picked up an absolute shambles following the Boris era government (and subsequent pms when BJ was kicked out by his own tribe).

Labour were the only party to put forward anything close to a feasible plan last year. The tories and Reform were just offering Liz Truss mk2.

Just getting to the ground. Will pause for now, but Id vote for pretty much any party before Reform. It’s not about Labour, it’s about how dangerous Reform are.
Enjoy the game.... I'm fancying 3-0.

What you feel about Reform is pretty much how I feel about the whole political shambles that surrounds us. So I do get your point. Am I allowed to feel that way? I need to see change.

Nah been here and have lived in Wales for many years and suffered Labour and Labour policies (the've been in power for 25 years not 14).... they abhor the electorate and look down on us like......

I see yours too, but you’re voting for Armageddon in my opinion. Hence my shock really.

Not all change is good and to me, Reform is the total opposite of that to me.

Anyway, this is me out until later.

I’m not as confident as you re the score tonight.

The rationale is really quite simple..... There is fuck all else to vote for and we need change... desperately we need change. I know knickers are getting in a twist around here about this, but these people who feel this way cannot offer any alternatives accept the shit state we're in and the downward spiral we're on or try summat else...

I tell you what... PR might be a good idea.

Come on then, what amazing changes will Reform make ?

Are you not seeing the constant candidates/members being linked or even kicked out because of racism - does that not bother you ?
You know once in power they would just be constant racist stories, not really surprising when all they seem to bring to the table is stop the scary boat people coming over - even then they don’t have a plan how to do that.

You clearly have either not read the thread or you are incapable of understanding the written word.... never mind.

You just keep on believin' and listening to the Messiah. It must be very therapeutic for you and give you all the reassurance you need.

I posted Darren Grimes above - kicked of GB News and is standing as a Reform candidate in the locals coming up with a view to progression to standing as an MP - cant tell the difference between RC nuns and Muslim women ON THE DAY THE POPE DIED - how can you assume people like him can't come up with beneficial progressive policy given the chance? hahahahahaha

I get your reasoning it’s a protest vote (though no one believes that) but what actual radical changes do you believe Reform will make ? To make them so different to Labour/Conservative.

Pretty harmless question, genuinely curious what positive changes you envision they would make.

What do you mean no one believes it (mine is a protest vote)?

It is a protest vote if no one believes it.... what does it matter? It's a protest vote.

Your problem is you're worried that there are many millions of people who feel that way and that is a threat to the status quo and in particular to the Labour government after such a short time in office. I understand you're worried, scared even but I am afraid this country needs a good kick up the arse.

The biggest problem is that notionally we've all walked into a restaurant looked at the menu and there is absolutely nothing there that is worth buying, nothing appetising and appealing, but we do have to choose something.

If you're really keen to know a radical thing Reform might do it is deal with the immigrants that are crossing the channel quicker and better.... after all Tories and Labour have both tried and failed miserably at great cost, but TBH I am not too optimistic.

Reform will be different, for better for worse I don't know but they will be different on account of the fact that Labour and Tories between them have both failed miserably and got us into the state we are in and we need change. We cannot go on as we are IMO.

Lets just wait and see what the electorate think in the up and coming elections shall we?

Name one costed policy proposal to make things better.

Charge for NHS services via insurance?
Raise basic income tax liability to £20k before you start paying? How will that be paid for?

They say shit headlines that do not stand up to scrutiny but thats fine I suppose lets face it cast your vote for a negative prospect with zero plans and then wonder how no plans don't change your life?
