Reform 2025 Limited new name same business

Why does the media pander so much to Farage. In the interests of balance why don't they ask Ed Davey to comment on Starmer's speech.
Neither Keir Starmer nor Ed Davey mentioned each others’ names in their Conference speeches in the last week.

I think there’s a chance they come together at the next GE if combining seats keeps Reform out of Govt.

Won't matter if reform win enough seats to get a majority

Boo hoo woe is me the bad man aimed some hurty words at me

Fucking gaslighting prick. Starmer has never said all Reform voters are racist. As for inciting violence, the cheek of the frog-faced **** to come out with that when he’s blatantly been inciting violence ever since the Southport murders.

Oh, and it’s funny how Farage is now getting upset about a few hurty words when previously he had no issue with hurty words - or rather hurty words spouted by people who share the same views as him.

I’ve not been impressed with Starmer as PM so far but he was absolutely right to call Farage and Reform out yesterday. They’ve been landing free hits for months with next to no comeback, and those free hits have been exacerbated by a complicit media falling over themselves to give him as much airtime as possible. Yet the sanctimonious twat would try and have us believe that free speech is being curtailed in the UK.

I’ve watched a couple of news pieces this morning and you get to realise how much the media have turned to Reform. The questions put to Labour politicians are so infantile, all they are trying to get is sound bites and no actual detail of policy, referring to Reform or Farage in every question.

It’s all about poor old Farage, they no longer have time to talk about actual policies. Like you say, all about ‘hurty words’, not about the unworkable Reform policy of wanting to kick out all the ‘non-UK’ people.

The Sky News anchor just said; "You can't say Reform have racist policies" to a labour activist on there.

What a fucking joke.

The part I seen, which is not much nowadays, had no questions about the conference or policies, just about how poor Farage had been mentioned in the speech. And, of course, Lammy’s non-apology to him. That was with Pat McFadden who was having none of it.

Beth Rigby was the same a few minutes later. Absolutely nothing on politics, all about division.

I remember the days when interviews with politicians were hard hitting. Always questions on their policies and interrogation of their answers. Now, it’s all about getting a soundbite for the influencer, who usually comes on just after the interview, to spin their web and tell you something totally against what you’ve just witnessed.

And it not just Labour, Lib Dem’s, Greens, Tory, but never the same with Reform. I only watch now to see how it’s being spun to the viewer, so that I can counter any bullshit when the inevitable gullible person brings it up when I’m out.

It’s not politicians that are fucking this country up, it’s the media and their ultra-rich owners that are, as it’s only their chosen few who get the right to a fair, or promoted press.

They did this at the last election, and is a significant reason why they both got so many seats. If the other had the chance of winning, they put very few resources into their campaigns, so it was easy for people to know who to vote tactically for.

It's likely much more effective than a formal pact, where they can be attacked based on the other party's policies, and you end up with less than the sum of the parts.
