Reform 2025 Limited new name same business

I like the flags aesthetically. I think they look good. But, rather than being there because people with a certain political stance are using them to make a nationalist point, they should be a feature for all big national days or even a permanent fixture.

I remember going to Turkey where they had flags on the top of, what felt like, every building and I went out onto the harbour wall and looked back at the town and it looked class.

The Union Jack has always been a cool flag. I’ve got a Union Jack throw out on my balcony for when it’s chilly, some Union Jack cushions on my sofa in my living room, Union Jack socks I wear for work and also an umbrella with a Union Jack on the inside.

My preference of it as a style comes from Mod and Oasis iconography that’s been seen over the decades from the Small Faces to The Jam, Lambrettas, Mini Coopers, Mary Quant, Pete Townsend, Liam+Noel in the 90s, Cool Britannia, the 2012 Olympics etc.

When it was VE Day’s 80th anniversary in early Summer, I thought some of the towns and cities being decked out in Union Jacks looked mint.

I took a snap of Altrincham Market a few years ago because I liked the Union Jack decoration it had up there:

St George’s Cross flags, less so. I actually prefer St Edmund’s flag for England (which, I know, is a contradiction since St George’s Cross is a feature of the Union Jack, haha)… But I don’t mind them.

When our mate used to run the Railway pub in Broadheath, he used to have a giant England flag on the front of the pub going back years. Always thought it looked good.

Patriotism should be welcomed by more people. Nationalist political stances shouldn’t be pushed though.
Your mate, was he called Mel?

ignored by the media

Gill and Farage were close politically, despite his protestations he barely knew him. Farage ruled the roost in Brussels when they had 13 MEP's, and Gill was only one of two MEP's Farage chose to be retained as a candidate at the Euro elections.

It's inconceivable the Russians didn't approach Farage with a similar offer Gill accepted. He was a fixture on Russia Today, appearing regularly, made similar pro Russia statements in the European parliament as Gill, and has pubilicly stated his admiration of Putin as the leader he most admires.

If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and walks like a duck..........

Farage has, unusually for him, been missing from public view since the story broke, but he did tweet his outrage about vegan tampons in a vain attempt to deflect attention.

This clown defected from Conservative to Reform just over a week ago - he refuses to call a by-election in his ward so his electorate voted Tory and got Reform. Here he is lecturing us all on anti-democratic practises - this shit writes itself really

In 5 months Reforms landslide councillors have totted up

7 resigned councillors most because they were "paper candidates" entered to fill a ballot paper, never expected to win and never had any intention of fulfilling the role.
4 defected from that Party one claiming it was run like the Mafia
6 sacked - for being proved wrong 'uns
5 suspensions/expulsions - disown them before they are proven to be wrong 'uns in office
4 are under criminal investigation because they may be wrong 'uns
5 did not even show up to an election count because they were "paper candidates" entered to fill a ballot paper etc etc see above

People think they could run a country - our country - the next 4 years will bust wide open why they can't run a bath

Can’t agree with your first couple of sentences there, I think they look absolutely shit! A flag flown in the right way is a wonderful thing. Up a flagpole, along the mall, hanging out of windows during a sporting tournament, I love them.

Half way up a flag post made of shit fabric and fastened with a cable tie and just no for me.

I’m with you on the Union Jack being a great flag and the sentiment of your post though :)

His company CEO doesn't agree with defections either.

Policy free zone? They know exactly what they want to do with the NHS they just don't want us to know that plan .......... yet

My Grandfather fought on D-day and he thinks the world of Nigel Farage. He thinks Farage is the right man to lead this country, so much so, that he said he wants to auction off his medals and donate all the money to the Reform campaign.
He reckons his Iron Cross alone should attract a couple of thousand £’s.
