Heavy ISIS presence in Syria is freaking people out unduly, I think. Some of the seem to think ISIS are amongst the refugees and will be killing us all within six months.

Why are people whinging about the killing of Jihadists in Syria?
 
Let's keep the thread on topic. It's about the refugee crisis rather than ISIS.

Fair enough mate I suppose I agree but we need to draw a distinction between refugees and ISIS, someone posted in the general football forum the other day that people are calling our club 'terrorists' (probably on Facebook) due to our ownership.

So when people like Monkfish bury their head in the sand because of a knee jerk reaction thinking all will be well and "Not afraid" they will be the first to react to whatever and whoever the Daily Mirror or the SNP say or blame when British blood is unnecessarily spilt in the likes of Warrington once again.

Poor old Merkel eh, she has this masterplan to get 800,000 Syrians working for her ageing population, but as BovverBoy knows they ain't interested in working for her, all they want is a passport and a pound of semtex and there off to Britain

This was a lie quoted by the UKIP loon leader. Asylum seekers into Europe have limited travel and work priverliges, they do not automatially get the same freedom of movement as European citizens.

Does anyone else find all this terrifying. Failed states left, right and centre and a distinctly nasty atmosphere building all round.
 
To suggest that there is no possibility of IS infiltrators within these multitudes is wishful thinking on speed.
 
It was said to have been down to Libya but I don't think that was ever proved definitively.

There may well be but even if there were not, if ISIS are determined to find a way, it's hard to stop them isn't it?

Yes it is hard to stop them but if we do not implement a strategy to deter them then we may as well admit defeat and wait for the inevitable.

Well I hope you're wrong but I don't think any of us can say there are significant numbers of ISIS idiots poring into Europe with the waves of genuine refugees.That would be such a dangerous, dangerous development.

It is indeed hard to stop them, but to completely ignore the probability of terrorist infiltrators in a recently integrated group from a warzone would be a dereliction of the state's responsibility to it's citizens.
 
I'm confused isn't this the all refugees are ace thread and we have started a Welsh jihadist thread to cover this
