how do you create an account online to check your loyalty points, it wont let me add my freind and buy tickets for him bcs he doesn't have an account? thanks

Your friend has to be registered first as a supporter, then you can add him to your friends and family.
Not sure what you mean but if you are already registered then you can view your loyalty points online? You obviously have to have an email address/supporters number and password to do this.
