Relegated Players

Apart from the game against us has he done anything else?

Cardiff goalie that's all.

The only other guy and the names escapes me is the Fulham guy in midfield who scores the odd worldly.

Can't believe noone said this before. This guy is good

Sorry for the pun

No I'm not

Would rather have AJ back over Noone. Average player in an awful team (although I can't deny he had an absolute stormer against us)

Of the oppo PL players I have seen at Etihad this season...... This lad stood out the most. Not saying we should sign him, just that credit where it's due etc.

Just wondering what people think of Callum McManaman at Wigan. Relegated last season, stood out against Arsenal in the cup. Reminds me a bit of Barkley in term of his strength and how he runs at people. I am not suggesting him necessarily as a transfer target for city but I am sure he would be a decent signing for a prem club.

Sorry, but most of these are average players who wouldn't even make the bench barring a pile of injuries, just like Rodwell and Micah couldn't yesterday! We don't need competent players, we need quality players who can step in without the level dropping. Really, 26-year-old Craig Noone (who had a career performance against City and hasn't done much else! 1 assist all season!) rotating with World Cup winners David Silva or Jesus Navas? These sort of signings would be Marwood all over again. Only sign from clubs like this if there is a blow away talent in the team or if their goalkeeper is good enough to be a backup. Marcos Lopes would probably offer more than Noone.

Minuscule chance Noone, Fer and Caulker could make the step-up to be good enough squad players for us. Marshall would be a good back-up keeper. Avoid any of Fulham's players like the plague.
