Relocating Season Ticket - We've regressed - Whats going on?!

I rung dead on 9 just got off the phone now, I started at 67 in the queue, relocated but major ballache because the system is shit and is trying to refund me the amount I would have paid had I stayed in my original seat (I pay by direct debit) so ive got a new seat reserved but won't receive official confirmation until the system sorts itself out in a 'few days'

Hardly anything in south level 3 unless you're relocating 1 single seat

Luckily I got an email this morning at 8.40am saying that I was sorted and moved to SS L3 with my dad.

No need to be waiting on the phone.

Is it just me or is there a lot more moving going on at the Etihad than there was at Maine Road.. I can't remember seeing much change in those days but now people are changing all the time.
