I'm Row X seat 195, been on hold for hours, as I'm trying to relocare my mum to next to me.
Tried at 9am this morning, gave up when I got cut off at 11:30am.
Trying again now, been on hold since 3pm.
I'm on row V mate, can't remember the exact seat number but I'm near that seat number!

The support services shutting up at 5.30 is pretty poor.
Loads of people work and can't make it to the ground or spend half a day on the phone - so why not have the ticket office/support service open until 8pm?
They must be on easy street during the close season, particularly now the majority of season ticket holders have renewed.
Will have to try and get through again tomorrow morning!

Ah ok fella.
Its decent in 109. I've managed to get through finally. Got my mum relocated onto the same row, row V, seat 198.
Best they could do. Seems a hell of a lot have relocated today.

I must of been one of the lucky ones rang at 08.58 was sorted by 09.05.
Moved from ss level 1 block 111 to ss level 2 block 216 result.!!!!!

Anyone wanting advice on where to sit...There is only one stand...South stand level 2 block 216...Right next to the away fans...People only stand on the back 2 rows I'd say and me and the boy love it....Saying that have sat in east level 2 when moved for cup games and that is a bang on view also but South level 2 block 216 is the one to be in
