the biggest game of our season could actually be next saturday when chelsea play tottenham. on 56 now with spuds on 55. if things go our way, this time next sunday after west him, we could be 7 points in front of the spuds, they still have to play us at home which im bricking an aswell at anfield.

blackburn/A
west ham/H
everton/A
spurs/H

if we dont slip up now and especially against everton, we will easily get in 'champs' league before we even play stoke, nevermind bolton.

if we beat blackburn and everton, we will be in the champions league if we then beat tottenham on the 10th. thats three wins on the trot but it does seem likely then 4 days later we can win the fa cup. the only problem we are in is who to risk playing against tottenham, i think after what happened with liverpool, as scary as it is, he will risk a strong side but if he does, he will almost definately play for a draw. I have a bad feeling about the tottenham match.

the week of monday9th may - sunday 15th, we will see if typical city has been erased.

heres hoping.

Traditionally the Blackburn game is a tough one, and I would take a draw right now (although heart says win). Everton away we can forget about don't know why (I expect defeat) but most we can hope for IMO is a draw, I am certain we will beat West Ham and Stoke and again a local derby against Bolton usually content with a draw so thats eight points giving us 64. Traditionally Spuds lose to Chelsea and the dippers if they win remaining games including beating us that means they too will finish on 64 but hopefully our goal difference will tell and we will be in chumps league.

Interesting - If liverpool win their remaining games they will end up on 64 points too. By a low estimate with crap results against tottenham and everton we will end up on 64 points. Could be a 3 way tie for 4th with out goal diff being the main factor.

We really are lucky that spurs are dropping so many points in the prem otherwise we would of been fucked, but reckon we deserve that bit of luck,we are now 1/3 to win the cup and about 1/7 to be in the top 4 can we really fuck this up?

You call it luck...I call it Spurs just arent good enough and I suspect theyre saying that on Spuds forums right now.

I'm certain we'll get beat at Everton. They always do us without fail.

I know how you feel mate, but honestly, that's just "old City" thinking.

The fact is, at Everton, they beat us last time. And we beat them the time before that. 1 a piece in the last 2 visits.

Keep the faith!

Win tomorrow and win our home games and we've done it. If Chelsea beat spuds next week we can draw our game with them if needed and we'll still do it.

It's in our hands if we get beat Monday we only have ourselves to blame

Said on another thread on here that I think we'll get 11 more points. Wins against WHU, Stoke and at Blackburn; draws at home to Spurs and at Bolton and defeat at Everton. That would give us 67 points which should be enough, unless Spurs go on a closing run similar to last season.
